try using proxy sites to log onto the msn sites. should work. http://www.sd9.us lets me get on any site almost just limits what you can do on them.

For those of you who are having difficulty reaching the web based messengers you will need to find some sort of proxy.
Depending on the situation you are in you may want to use a web based proxy and I just so happen to have a forum about this. I have a hosted proxy as well as a resource of other proxies and avoidance methods.
