Because build 604 is an internal one, it uses a different URL for the config data, so the standard TabServe patch will not work. I have created a modified version specifically for this build, the standard patch should be used on any public releases, whether beta or not.

Patch! for MSN Messenger 7 is universal and still works with this build, it is just a lite one and can remove the following individually:
- MSN Today button
- Search bar
- Advertisement
- Actions pane
- (BETA) tag (globally)
Not exactly a patch, but a plug-in for Winamp, Toaster 0.7 adds functionality to show the currently playing song information in MSN Messenger 7.0.0604 for Winamp, instead of Windows Media Player which is only supported by default.
