
This is probably because the server status indicates their servers are having some minor issues.
Update: This seems to now be resolved, it also seemed to affect the server on which this site is hosted.
The change in server status was logged by phpMsgrStats.

A vulnerability has been found within MSN Messenger which could allow others to access your hard drive by simply sending file transfer requests.
This problem has been addressed in the newest MSN Messenger 6.1 build released today, version 6.1.0211, which you can download here.
